The TECNED TTB-i Industrial UPS provides intelligent, safe, and reliable power protection for demanding industrial applications from 10 to 200 kVA. With dual DSP full digital control, an IGBT rectifier, and an output isolation transformer, it delivers stable, clean power for critical equipment in challenging environments.

The TTB-i Series supports 380/400/415 VAC input, a wide -25% to +20% voltage range, 50/60 Hz ±10% frequency compatibility, and programmable bypass tracking. Its 384 VDC battery system, configurable from 348–480 VDC, provides flexible energy storage and reliable backup. It achieves up to 94% efficiency with pure sinewave output at 380/400/415 VAC ±1%.

Intelligent battery management extends battery life, while battery-to-grid discharge enables high-current battery testing. Capacitor health monitoring provides early fault detection, BLOCK battery sharing improves redundancy and availability, and faulty battery units can be quickly bypassed.

Designed for demanding environments, the TTB-i operates from -5°C to 40°C, supports 0–95% relative humidity, and maintains noise below 65 dB. Coated PCBs, optimized cooling, and a low-smoke, halogen-free design enhance durability, safety, and sustainability.

With 130% overload capability for 10 minutes and 155% for 1 minute, plus protection against low battery voltage, overload, short circuit, over-temperature, and low input voltage, the TTB-i provides robust protection for critical loads. Communication includes Dry Contact, RS485, and MODBUS, with optional DC cold start, parallel operation, waterproof roof, SNMP/RS232, and lightning protection.
